Marg Helgenberger, an American actress best known for her part in "Ryan's Hope," in the film, she played Siobhan Ryan. The small-town girl's journey to Hollywood was quite amazing. In her early days, she had no aspirations of being an actor. In her early years she was not aspired to be an actor. It was her intention to follow her mother's footsteps and pursue a career path in nursing. She became interested in acting while visiting colleges and deciding what degree she wanted to choose to pursue. As she performed in a college play, she was spotted by a talent agent who encouraged her to think about pursuing becoming a professional actor. In the following year, after starring in "Ryan's Love', she bagged "China Beach," among others notable television and film performances, cementing her status as an actress. Her role as a sufferer of chemical exposure in the film "Erin Brockovich" was among her most well-known performances. Marg has a busy schedule but still manages to find the time to volunteer for charitable causes. Every year, she holds an annual golf tournament for famous people to fund the research into breast cancer. Marg's mom is a breast cancer survivor and battled the disease for nearly 27 years.
