Yael Stone

Stone was born and raised from Sydney, Australia. She attended in the Newtown High School of the Performing Arts, and The National Institute of Dramatic Art. Her acting journey began as an infant, as she played the role of Me Myself I. in Me Myself I. and The Farm. At the 2008 Sydney Theatre Awards she was recognized as the Best Newcomer, as well being named Best Supporting Artist for her work In The Kid. As well as her roles in theatre, she has had a role on TV, in roles of support, like All Saints and Spirited. In 2010, she was a lead actor in The Diary of a Madman. This role earned her a second nomination for the Sydney Theatre Awards as Best Supporting Actress. In February 2011 she traveled from Sydney to New York to perform in the Brooklyn Academy of Music's production The Diary of a Madman prior to returning for lead roles in A Golem Story, Summer of the Seventeenth Doll, as well as As You Like It in Sydney.
